City of Exeter Resolution No. 2025-23 formally adopts a revised salary schedule with a 4.0% pay increase effective July 1, 2025, for EPOA, CLOCEA, and Mid-Management employees, aligning with prior labor agreements and CalPERS reporting requirements.
The revised salary schedule, effective July 01, 2025, reflecting a 4.0% salary increase for all classifications represented by EPOA and CLOCEA, as well as applicable unrepresented Mid-Management employees and Department Heads, is hereby approved and adopted.
