The California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) has issued a Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds and Final Floodplain Notice for a proposed housing project in the City of Exeter.
The project, known as Exeter Heritage, is located at 501 North B Street and involves the rehabilitation of 24 rental housing units for seniors (age 55+) on an approximately 1.17-acre site. The project is funded in part through federal HOME funds.
As part of federal requirements under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), this notice is being made available for public review.
Public Review Period
This notice will be available for public review for 15 days from the date of posting.
