The five-member Planning Commission is responsible for considering and making decisions regarding land use, planning, and zoning in accordance with the scope of city ordinances and state planning laws.

The Planning Commission meets on the third Thursday of each Month, at 5:30 p.m. in the Exeter Council Chambers, 137 North F Street, Exeter, California, when there is business to conduct.

Completed applications must be submitted via email to the Exeter City Clerk by 5:00 PM on August 04, 2025. Applications may be submitted in person at City Hall 137 N. F St.in Exeter California or via email to the City Clerk at fquintana@exetercityhall.com.
