The Housing Element establishes policies and programs to ensure that housing is available for all segments of the City of Exeter through the eight-year planning time frame mandated by State law (through the year 2031).

The City of Exeter has made revisions to respond to the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) preliminary review of its Draft Housing Element. The revised Draft Housing Element sections are available for public review and comment from October 13 to October 20 online at https://tulareregionalhousingelement.rinconconsultants.com/
