Adopt Resolution 2020-05 authorizing the issuance of 2020 Sewer Revenue Refunding Bonds in a not to exceed aggregate principal amount of $3,700,000 to refinance certain outstanding obligations of the City's Sewer System and approving the execution and delivery of certain documents in connection therewith and certain other matters.
