About RIDE Tulare County

RIDE Tulare County is a joint powers agency formed by the Cities of Dinuba, Exeter, Farmersville, Lindsay, Tulare, Woodlake, and the County of Tulare. The agency was created through a Joint Powers Agreement effective August 17, 2020, empowering member agencies to combine resources and operate a unified public transportation system.

In 2022, the Tule River Indian Tribe of California joined the agency, and in 2024 the City of Porterville withdrew from membership. Today, RIDE Tulare County continues to serve the region with coordinated, efficient transit services that connect people, communities, and jobs.
